Call for Participation in the Green500 List

The Green500 List debuted in November 2007 at the Supercomputing 2007 (SC07) conference to provide a foundation for tracking trends in green supercomputing. In that inaugural list, nearly half of the TOP500 List reported their actual power consumption numbers based on the guidelines set forth at the Green500 List Web site. The next submission deadline for the Green500 List of supercomputers will be on Feb. 18, 2008. For this deadline, institutions will only be asked to report their actual power numbers; the performance numbers that will be used are those from the Top500 List from November 2007. Full Story

As the world's first "fictional blogger," he appeared in numerous parody films that made fun of the whole work-from-home thing.
